Distrito Central, 27 de mayo, 2026 \u2013El alcalde del Distrito Central, Juan Diego Zelaya, y la Secretaria General de la Secretar\u00eda de Asuntos de la Mujer, Delmis L\u00f3pez, llevaron a cabo el recorrido y supervisi\u00f3n del avance en la construcci\u00f3n de la nueva Casa Refugio en del Distrito Central.<\/p>

Este importante proyecto busca brindar protecci\u00f3n y atenci\u00f3n integral a mujeres v\u00edctimas de violencia, en un espacio seguro y confidencial.<\/p>

La Casa Refugio, que tendr\u00e1 una capacidad para albergar temporalmente a 50 mujeres y sus hijos, est\u00e1 dise\u00f1ada para ofrecer apoyo psicosocial, legal, educativo y de salud, garantizando la dignidad y derechos de las sobrevivientes. <\/p>

Inspirada en la legislaci\u00f3n nacional e internacional, esta iniciativa prioriza la seguridad de las mujeres, en l\u00ednea con los principios de igualdad, no discriminaci\u00f3n y protecci\u00f3n integral.<\/p>

El proyecto reafirma el compromiso del Estado y las instituciones involucradas en implementar medidas efectivas y oportunas para atender a las mujeres en situaci\u00f3n de vulnerabilidad, asegurando procesos r\u00e1pidos y respetuosos de su confidencialidad.<\/p>

Esta Casa Refugio ser\u00e1 un espacio de esperanza y recuperaci\u00f3n, promoviendo la participaci\u00f3n de la sociedad civil y la coordinaci\u00f3n interinstitucional.<\/p>

Este avance representa un paso decisivo en la lucha contra la violencia contra las mujeres en Honduras, reafirmando la protecci\u00f3n de los derechos de las mujeres y ni\u00f1as, y fortaleciendo el sistema de atenci\u00f3n estatal en favor de un pa\u00eds m\u00e1s justo y seguro.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
