La Secretaria General, Delmis L\u00f3pez, y la Directora General, Bessy V\u00e1squez Montoya, participaron en el Intercambio Regional y Nacional de la Comisi\u00f3n de G\u00e9nero \u201c\u00bfParticipar o cuidar? \u00bfPor qu\u00e9 seguimos eligiendo?\u201d, desarrollado en Tela, Honduras un espacio convocado por ONU Mujeres que reuni\u00f3 a mujeres electas, candidatas, funcionarias p\u00fablicas, organismos electorales y cooperaci\u00f3n internacional.<\/p>

Durante su intervenci\u00f3n, la Directora General expuso los avances y estrategias impulsadas para posicionar la tem\u00e1tica de cuidados y prevenci\u00f3n de la violencia pol\u00edtica en la agenda nacional, destacando la propuesta de Ley del Sistema Nacional de Cuidados y la incorporaci\u00f3n de este tema en la agenda global como un paso fundamental hacia la igualdad y el reconocimiento del trabajo de cuidados.<\/p>
