En el marco del fortalecimiento de la transversalizaci\u00f3n del enfoque de g\u00e9nero en el sector energ\u00e9tico, se llev\u00f3 a cabo Reuni\u00f3n Interinstitucional sobre G\u00e9nero, Energ\u00eda y Uso de la Eficiencia Energ\u00e9tica, un espacio de di\u00e1logo y coordinaci\u00f3n que reuni\u00f3 a instituciones y organizaciones clave, como la Secretar\u00eda de Energ\u00eda (SEN), la Empresa Nacional de Energ\u00eda El\u00e9ctrica (ENEE) y la Secretar\u00eda de Asuntos de la Mujer(SEMUJER).<\/p>

El encuentro surge ante la necesidad de abordar de manera estructurada la inclusi\u00f3n de las mujeres en un sector hist\u00f3ricamente masculinizado, promoviendo la equidad, la participaci\u00f3n activa y el acceso a oportunidades en el \u00e1mbito energ\u00e9tico.<\/p>

Durante la reuni\u00f3n, la Secretar\u00eda de Energ\u00eda destac\u00f3 los avances logrados en la incorporaci\u00f3n del enfoque de g\u00e9nero en el sector, as\u00ed como la importancia de fortalecer alianzas estrat\u00e9gicas entre instituciones para potenciar acciones conjuntas.<\/p>

Por su parte, la Secretar\u00eda de la Mujer present\u00f3 iniciativas dirigidas al fortalecimiento de capacidades de las mujeres, resaltando la implementaci\u00f3n de m\u00f3dulos educativos con enfoque de formaci\u00f3n de formadoras, que buscan multiplicar conocimientos en comunidades y promover la participaci\u00f3n de las mujeres en la gesti\u00f3n energ\u00e9tica de sus hogares. La Unidad de G\u00e9nero de la ENEE tambi\u00e9n comparti\u00f3 acciones concretas para incluir el enfoque de g\u00e9nero como prioridad dentro de la empresa, asegurando acompa\u00f1amiento y alineaci\u00f3n con las nuevas iniciativas.<\/p>

Las participantes compartieron experiencias relevantes, como proyectos piloto liderados por mujeres en eficiencia energ\u00e9tica, intervenciones en zonas rurales, y procesos de formaci\u00f3n dirigidos a poblaci\u00f3n vulnerable, incluyendo ni\u00f1as y ni\u00f1os.<\/p>

Se resalt\u00f3 que, tradicionalmente, muchas decisiones energ\u00e9ticas en comunidades rurales han sido tomadas solo por hombres, lo que limita la eficiencia y pertinencia de los proyectos. La inclusi\u00f3n de las mujeres, en cambio, enriquece las acciones y garantiza su sostenibilidad.<\/p>

Asimismo, se abordaron desaf\u00edos existentes, como la falta de conciencia sobre el consumo real de energ\u00eda, resistencia inicial en las comunidades y la necesidad de mayor difusi\u00f3n en medios de comunicaci\u00f3n. Se enfatiz\u00f3 la importancia de reactivar capacitaciones gubernamentales sobre el uso eficiente de la energ\u00eda, as\u00ed como la creaci\u00f3n de Comit\u00e9s de Ahorro y Eficiencia Energ\u00e9tica, que han logrado reducir el consumo en un 1-2%.<\/p>

Este encuentro representa un paso importante hacia la construcci\u00f3n de un sector energ\u00e9tico m\u00e1s inclusivo, sostenible y equitativo, en el que las mujeres juegan un rol protag\u00f3nico en la transformaci\u00f3n y gesti\u00f3n de los recursos energ\u00e9ticos.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
