La reinserci\u00f3n laboral de mujeres migrantes retornadas es el eje central del proyecto \u201cREINICIA\u201d, una iniciativa orientada a fortalecer sus capacidades y facilitar su integraci\u00f3n al mercado laboral, promoviendo as\u00ed su autonom\u00eda econ\u00f3mica y bienestar.<\/p>

Las mujeres a trav\u00e9s de procesos de formaci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica desarrollaran habilidades que les permita mejorar su perfil profesional, el programa incluye pr\u00e1cticas en empresas, lo que les permite obtener experiencia y, en muchos casos, acceder a oportunidades de empleo formal.<\/p>

Esta iniciativa se desarrolla mediante un trabajo articulado con las Oficinas Municipales de la Mujer, permitiendo acercar estas oportunidades a nivel local y garantizar una atenci\u00f3n m\u00e1s integral a las beneficiarias.<\/p>

En este marco, la oficina regional norte de SEMUJER llev\u00f3 a cabo recientemente una reuni\u00f3n virtual con las Oficinas Municipales de la Mujer de Choloma, Villanueva y San Pedro Sula, donde se socializ\u00f3 el proyecto y sus alcances.<\/p>

Esta acci\u00f3n responde a la necesidad de generar oportunidades reales para mujeres retornadas, contribuyendo a su reintegraci\u00f3n socioecon\u00f3mica y a la construcci\u00f3n de una sociedad m\u00e1s inclusiva y equitativa.<\/p>
